How do I train.

The Balance Beam is an ideal training tool to train hip stability and balance. The good thing about it is that you can't really do anything wrong. Basically, it's about recognizing your imbalance and bringing your body back into balance with counter-movements. Mindful observation of how your body is behaving is very important. Over time, the counter-movements will become more and more automatic. The degree of difficulty can be adjusted according to your needs. You can also consciously create imbalances and actively counteract them.

The Balance Beam is not only a physical workout. It also helps you mentally to achieve more efficiency and concentration. It is especially important that you are aware of the movements and your body and that you have full focus on them. The higher the concentration, the more pronounced the sense of balance.

These tips will help you get off to a good, motivating start:

Focus on a close fixed point, preferably at eye level.
Try to keep your joints and limbs relaxed.
Always keep your knees slightly bent.
Try to get a looseness in the body in interaction with the breath.
